一、原理:
“主动维护+油品净化”(Proactive Maintenance & Oil Purification 简称:PMOP)综合治理技术,是西安天厚滤清技术有限责任公司针对在用柴油车尾气排放(特别是冒黑烟)首创的系统解决方案。
PMOP采取前端式源头治理技术,对造成柴油车尾气排放超标的根源性参数进行有效修复(去除了造成设备损伤的根源),从根本上解决柴油车冒黑烟的问题。该项技术一是通过使用独特的体外净化装置清洗净化供油系统,调校、维修、更换关键零部件,提升运行效率;二是依据车况选配更新自主研发的柴油净化器,利用高分子深度过滤技术,确保燃油清洁,提高燃烧效率。
Ⅰ.Principle
Initiated by Xi’an Tianhou Filter Technology Co.,Ltd,the comprehensive treatment technology of“Proactive Maintenance & Oil Purification”,which is used for controlling exhaust emissions from diesel vehicles(Especially for black smoke).
PMOP adopts treatment technology to the source of exhaust emissions,efficiently renovate root parameters which caused diesel vehicles exhaust emissions exceed standard,radically solved the problem of diesel vehicles emitting black smokes.The technology can improve operating efficiency by using unique extracorporeal purification apparatus to clean fuel supply system,calibrate,maintain and replace the components.Besides,installing the self-developed diesel fuel purifier according vehicle using situations,the polymer deep filtration technology can ensure clean fuel and improve combustion efficiency.
二、技术核心
市售柴油在生产、运输、存储、使用过程中产生的杂质和微粒,对运行中的发动机偶件造成不同程度的磨损,成为柴油车尾气排放超标(冒黑烟)的根源。
PMOP采用“柴油发动机主动维护、油品深度过滤、油品体外循环”等创新型专利技术,将柴油中的杂质微粒在进入供油系统之前被深度过滤,从而使喷油嘴等偶件被有效保护、积碳被有效清除、燃烧更充分。实验结果表明,不但可以消除发动机的黑烟,也可以大幅降低一氧化碳、二氧化碳、碳氢化合物及氮氧化物的排放。
Ⅱ.Core Technology
Amounts of impurity particles in commercial diesel fuel are generated during production,transportation,storage and using process,causing varying degree wear of diesel engine’s plunger in operation,it becomes the sources of exhaust emission exceeds standard of diesel vehicles.
The innovative Patent Technologies are adopted by PMOP,such as“Proactive maintenance of diesel engine,deep filtration of fuel oil,fuel oil extracorporeal circulation”.The impurity particles in diesel fuel are deep filtered before entering the oil supply system,thus,protect fuel injection nozzle,remove carbon deposition and burning more fully.The experimental results show that not only the black smoke of the engine can be eliminated, but also the emission of carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, hydrocarbons and nitrogen oxides can be greatly reduced.
三、治理流程
1.对发动机的供油系统进行诊断、校正及修复,改善偶件的润滑状况。
2.使用体外循环技术,清除发动机油路及油箱中的沉积污染物,以保证供油系统的清洁度。
3.采用深度过滤技术(多级一体新材料专利技术),去除柴油中的杂质、胶质、沥青质、软性污染物和水分,充分保障发动机供油系统的良好润滑状态,从而延长发动机的劣化进程,使发动机保持低排放、低油耗、低故障状态。
Ⅲ.Treatment Process
1.Doing diagnosis, correction and repair to oil supply system of diesel engine,improving the lubrication conditions of plunger.
2.Cleaning depositive contaminants in oil tank and engine oil circuit by using extracorporeal circulation technology,ensure the cleanliness of oil supply system.
3.Removing impurity,colloid, asphaltene, soft pollutant and water content by using deep filtration technology(Multi-level integrated new material patented technology),fully guarantee the good lubrication status of the engine’s oil supply system,thus,prolong the deterioration process of engine,and keep the engine under low emissions, low fuel consumption, low fault conditions.
